How do I cancel the subscription?

On the app, go to My Profile > Membership > Unsubscribe.  

Please note:

  • You will end the credit agreement with us when you unsubscribe. This means you must immediately pay any balance owing to us (remaining instalment payments, overdue subscription payments).

  • If you delete the app without unsubscribing first, you remain liable for subscription and instalment payments.
