I'm having trouble making a payment.

Sorry you're experiencing issues with making a payment. Can you please check:

  • You have the latest phone software update installed 

  • You have the latest SteadyPay app version installed

  • You have no pending payments in your bank account that might be using up your available funds

  • Your bank isn't blocking your card

If you need to update your debit card details, you can do this on the app in the My Profile page.
