I can't see the early top-up button

Have you installed the latest version of the SteadyPay app? You can download it from Google Play or the Apple Store.

Have you paid the subscription for two weeks? Once that happens the SteadyPay services are activated.

If you still can't see the service this will be due to one of the following reasons:

  • You're behind in your subscription and/or instalment payments

  • You've reached your credit limit

  • You're in a repayment holiday

  • Your account in under review

Once you’ve brought your account up to date, you should able to access the early top-up service.
